appdefaults
The appdefaults stanza contains configuration parameters for individual Kerberized client and server applications. The Kerberos library includes functions to read parameters from this stanza, so some Kerberized applications may place Kerberos-specific configuration information into the krb5.conf file in the appdefaults stanza.
