But, so you don’t get consumed by your own flames, we urgently recommend that you pause for a moment. Before you set to work on the actual implementation, you should take a minute to calmly contemplate the starting point: check the context of your change impulses; go over your own options; get a better idea of what it is you’re really getting yourself into; and get yourself into good shape for the organizational clarification needed to translate your change ideas into a good initiative.
