Edward Betof, Ed.D., is an executive coach, an Aresty Institute Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Executive Education, a faculty member at the Institute for Management Studies, and the executive director of the Corporate University Xchange’s Leaders as Teachers Institute. Ed is the author of Leaders as Teachers.
Nila Betof, Ph.D., is the chief operating officer of and a senior executive coach at The Leader’s Edge, an international leadership development and executive coaching company, headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Nila was a senior business executive for over 30 years at several major corporations and currently sits on several boards.
