Manual Testing Artifacts
The following artifacts will be created during the manual testing process. They should be kept in a CM repository for future reference.
An Excel workbook that contains the Test Objectives spreadsheet, the Test Conditions spreadsheet, and the Test Data spreadsheet will be developed during manual test planning and maintained throughout the manual testing process.
An MS Word document that contains the Test Requirements Notes will be created and updated as needed.
A text file containing test instructions and test data will be created.
The Manual Test script will produce an automated test log as it executes.
