About the Authors
Tom Davenport is the President's Distinguished Professor in Information Technology and Management at Babson College, the Research Director of the International Institute for Analytics (www.iianalytics.com), and a Senior Advisor to Deloitte Analytics. In 2012–2013 he will be a visiting professor at Harvard Business School.
Tom has written, coauthored, or edited fourteen other books, including the bestselling Competing on Analytics: The New Science of Winning (with Jeanne Harris).
