What types of menu links are available?
Up to now, we have focused on creating menus and tweaking menu display and settings. Of course, menus are about the hyperlinks they contain, so let's have a closer look at the way these are created and modified. As creating menu links is an essential activity in Joomla, you are already familiar with the basic steps it takes to create these: navigate to Menus, click on the name of the menu, and click on New. Alternatively, click on the Add New Menu Item fly-out menu.
Every time you make a new link, you first have to select the Menu Item Type. You are presented with an impressive list of available types (you may have to scroll within the pop-up screen to see all).
