Time for action – telling Joomla where to display the menu

To actually get the menu to show on the site, you have to create the appropriate Menu module. The module is the functionality block that contains your menu and that's needed to be able to display menu contents. Let's tell Joomla where you want it to show.

  1. In the Menu Manager, click the Menus tab to see all menus. Locate the About CORBA menu. Click the link Add a module for this menu type, which is found in the in the Modules linked to the Menu column (Actually, this is a shortcut to the Module Manager—it saves you a few clicks by navigating to Extensions | Module Manager, clicking New, and selecting Menu):
  2. In the Module's Manager: Module Menu screen, enter a title for the menu: About CORBA ...
