Now it's your turn to install Joomla on your web server. At the end of this lesson, you should have Joomla installed and working.
Lesson Requirements
You'll need to have signed up for web hosting that meets Joomla's requirements (see the Joomla Resource Directory for a list of qualified Joomla hosts). You'll also need to know your control panel username and password, and how to get to your site's control panel. For best results, make sure your host comes with cPanel and Fantastico (if you're not going with Rochen), or just sign up for a Rochen account and use the Joomla Utilities feature.

Install Joomla by asking your web host to install it for you, through Fantastico, or through Rochen's Joomla Utilities.
