Joomla attracts millions of enthusiastic developers and users from around the world. Frequently, user groups are formed. A Joomla user group is a bunch of Joomla enthusiasts who get together periodically to discuss Joomla, how it works, how to configure it, its extensions, and so much more. Many user groups have online mailing lists, where users ask questions about Joomla and its configuration.
