FOR NEARLY TEN YEARS, JEN KRAMER has been educating clients, colleagues, friends, and graduate students about the meaning of a “quality website.” Through her full-service website development company, 4Web Inc., she works with clients to build highly customized Joomla websites for a variety of small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions. Jen earned a BS in biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MS in Internet Strategy Management at the Graduate Center of Marlboro College.

She is a senior faculty member at the Marlboro College Graduate School, teaching courses and workshops in website design and management. She is the program director for the Master of Science in Internet Technologies program (MSIT), advising students and overseeing courses and faculty pertaining to the degree. She has also previously taught at Champlain College, the Community College of Vermont, and the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University.

Jen has recorded seven video titles for lynda.com, including Joomla! 1.5 Creating and Editing Custom Templates, Joomla! 1.5 Styling with CSS, Preparing CMS Web Graphics and Layouts Using Open Source Tools, Web Site Strategy and Planning, Joomla! 1.6 Beta Preview, Joomla! 1.6 Essential Training, and Joomla! 1.6 Creating and Editing Custom Templates.
