Leadership is not solely about getting the intellectual quality of a decision right, important though this may be. It is about getting results through people. Therefore, the leader will need to include other people in the process of decision making. For a decision will be effective only if it is fully implemented. People are more likely to put their hearts into a decision if they have shared either explicitly or implicitly in the making of it.
