Idea 33: Develop options
Decision implies real choice. The more feasible the options you have to choose from are, within the broad constraints of time and space, the better your decision is likely to be.
Even if there appears to be one course open once the truth has been established, an experienced manager will cast around in their mind to see whether there is another option.
