There are six elements involved in communication, which can be expressed as a star:

• Communicator – A communication in the deliberate or conscious sense implies a person(s) who sends a message.
• Receiver – If in the language of grammar the sender is the ‘subject’, then the receiver is the ‘object’ to whom the message is directed.
