Idea 72: Seven useful skills for operational leaders

A common factor for all operational leaders is that they should have direct engagement with the strategic agenda of the organization, however small the requirement for that engagement may be.

In order at their level to meet their responsibilities for task, team and individual areas, operational leaders need some special skills.
