Deeper Reconnaissance

Uncovering Hidden Data

Now that you have a basic list, it’s time to dig deeper. There are two types of digging that you will need to do. The first involves gathering more information about the company. This will involve mining the past and, if possible, projecting out into the future. The goal is to identify what challenges the business faces today, so you can position yourself to meet them tomorrow. Along the way, you want to try to identify what has been tried in the past, so you don’t show up to the interview with tried and failed recommendations.
