Summary

In this chapter, we looked at using JIRA Agile for Kanban. We have looked at the Kanban board and how to configure it to model your existing workflow, as well as setting up column constraints to limit work in progress, which is the key concept with Kanban. We have also looked at some of the charts available to help you identify potential bottlenecks in your process, so you and your team can work together to address those issues, and improve your process.

Now that we have covered using JIRA Agile for both Scrum and Kanban, we will look at some advanced features that can help you get more out of JIRA Agile.
