Summary
In this chapter, we looked at what issues are in JIRA, and explored the basic operations of creating, editing, and deleting issues. We also looked at the advanced operations offered by JIRA to enhance how you can manipulate and use issues, such as adding attachments, creating subtasks, linking multiple issues, and so on. In the next chapter, we will look at fields and what we can do with them.
