In this exercise, we will follow up from the previous chapter where we created a project for our Global Help Desk team.
Since we are building a system for our support team, we will allow business users to directly log issues into the system. This means there is the potential possibility of users logging issues that are broad in scope and require several tasks to be undertaken in order to resolve the problem. We will need to enable sub-tasks to help our support staff to better break down the issue.
