Building the Server from Source Code

Source code is available for every JBoss module, and you can build any version of JBoss from source by downloading the appropriate version of the code from SourceForge. You can build the 2.4.4 release of the core server and the various JBossXX modules discussed in this book, as well as the Tomcat service, but you first need to access the SourceForge CVS using the cvs program.
