Chapter 3. Setting Up a JBoss EAP6 Cluster

In the previous chapter, we have learned how to use the management console to deploy projects into JBoss EAP6 in both the standalone mode and domain mode. We also saw that the domain mode has helped us a lot when we needed to manage multiple servers. It achieved this goal by centralizing the management task into a domain controller.

The domain mode provided by EAP6 is a good support to help us set up our cluster, but it's still not the cluster itself. As we have seen in Chapter 2, Using JBoss EAP6, though servers are managed in a server group, they do not form a cluster.
