Summary

In this chapter, we have examined some the basic classes necessary to create and put content into a Java 3D content subgraph. We have looked at the structure of a Java 3D program, which is, in fact, pretty straightforward. The challenge is to organize the scene graph into the appropriate Groups.

Along the way, we have hinted at the use of Behaviors to enable interaction in the 3D scene. The next chapter will help lay in the framework of user interaction with Java 3D.
