In this chapter we covered throwing and catching exceptions and looked at a new feature in the JDK 1.4—the assertion.
In the next chapter, we'll continue our work with classes. We'll go deeper into how to extend your classes via interfaces and inheritance, and we'll look at some more sophisticated aspects of objects, such as cloning and reflection.
