Arguments

The position within the section at which the new row is to be inserted.
Returns
An HTMLTableRowElement that represents the newly created and inserted
<tr>
element.
Throws
This method throws a DOMException with a code
of
INDEX_SIZE_ERR
if index
is less than zero or is greater than the number of rows in this
section.
Description
This method creates a new <tr>
element and
inserts it into this table section at the specified position. If
index
equals the number of rows currently
in the section, the new row is appended at the end of the section.
Otherwise, the new row is inserted immediately before the row that is
currently at the position specified by
index
. Note that for this method,
index
specifies a row position within a
single table section, not within the entire table.
