Arguments

dw The number of pixels by which to increase the width of the window.

dh The number of pixels by which to increase the height of the window.
Description
resizeBy( ) resizes
window by the relative amounts specified
by dh and dw.
For security reasons, the browser may restrict this method so it
makes either the width or height of the window less than 100 pixels.
