Summary
In this chapter, you learned how to create batching applications using the new batching framework in two different ways. Next, we tried some of the mechanisms provided by the concurrency utilities. Our exploration went away from the user interaction and concentrated on the internals of the middleware layer.
In the next chapter, we will fill the last gap in the Java EE developer's toolbox, which is integration testing with Arquillian.
