What’s In Front of You

My daughter, Amanda, has had to deal with my constantly taking pictures of her. She has tried to dissuade me, to no avail. At rare moments I even felt a tiny bit of guilt about it.

When I asked her what she wanted for her 12th birthday, she said, “Dad, could you put together a DVD with all the pictures you’ve ever taken of me?”

I’m vindicated!

I pointed out the physical limitations of the DVD and we finally settled at a little over 2,100 images. And that doesn’t even cover almost anything that was shot on film before she was six.
