Over the years, I’ve worked in many different industries with some great people. I’ve learned a lot along the way. I was usually hired when significant change was occurring or it was needed.
Working as a part of my team meant that some sort of change was always underway, or you were supporting a major change in some manner. We planned for change using the techniques noted in this book. It was never easy, but it was rewarding. To my team members, who thrived in this environment, thank you.
