HP-UX 11i Performance and Scalability

One of the hallmarks of the UNIX-based HP-UX 11i is the ability to maintain high performance levels, even when scaled up to a huge enterprise environment. HP-UX 11i performance scalability derives from several attributes of the basic operating system, including the ability to efficiently support processors of different performance levels and high levels of multiprocessing. It also supports a large range of memory sizes, from megabytes to hundreds of gigabytes, and a file system size of up to 2 terabytes.
