Customer Requirements

  1. Ability to have a one-hour meeting with executive management to establish a relationship, discusses the program, and acquire initial buy-in.

  2. Ability to meet for 30 minutes separately with mid-level management from Operations, Applications Development, Help Desk, Networking, Database Administration, System Administration, etc.

  3. Ability to meet for 30 minutes separately with two technical people from Systems Administration, a mainframe systems programmer (if applicable), a DBA, a help desk person, a desktop support person, and anyone else that might provide good insight into the issues.

  4. If at all possible, we would like to meet with two customers for 30 minutes each.
