One to two days of onsite consulting to:
Analyze and understand the current environment
Acquire buy-in at senior executive level
Gain senior level IT management commitment
Provide a list of prioritized recommendations
Provide a high-level road-map
The report will then take about a month to compile. Once the draft is ready, we meet with our sponsor to make sure we are on the right path. Once we agree that the report is ready we (customer, CIO and direct reports, his/her manager, and systems engineering) will meet to present our findings and get buy-in, then move forward.
