End User Services Manager

Purpose

Manages end-user computing support services, including problem management, third-party software support, security administration, and software/hardware asset management to consistently deliver cost-effective performance and productivity.

Key Responsibility Areas

Technical Services
  • Manages the problem management process and system.

  • Evaluates new third-party products and manages upgrades and new product introductions, as well as vendor interface and management.

  • Performs asset management, including the procurement process, incoming product, transfer of assets, inventory, and the "end-of-life" process.

  • Manages adds, changes, and deletions of users to systems, networks, applications, and databases.
