Purpose
Plans, develops, and manages the WAN and overall network infrastructure to deliver the required connectivity, availability, and performance.

Technical Performance
Manages the architecture and infrastructure to meet performance requirements for availability and responsiveness.
Maintains cost-effective support services and assets to maintain and enhance performance; manages upgrades and changes.
Creates a coordinated and comprehensive disaster recovery strategy and executable plan within time and cost constraints.
