| A1: | Admittedly, this question is the most difficult to answer. Ratios will depend greatly on the scope of your initiative. As you read in Chapter One, the first step in your effort will be to evaluate the core data center components you will consider for automation. The next step is to evaluate and choose the level of automation you will undertake for each component. The results of these decisions will provide a basis for determining the ratio.
