Acceptable quality level: A measure of the number of failures that a production process is allowed. Usually expressed as a percentage.
Accreditation: Certification, by a duly recognised body, of facilities, capability, objectivity, competence and integrity of an agency, service or operational group or individual to provide the specific service/s or operation/s as needed.
Assemblies: Several pieces of equipment assembled by a manufacturer to constitute an integrated and functional whole.
