Information Patterns
Information patterns allow us to interact with content, to search for intriguing branches, organize our own information, and filter that which we don’t want. All the patterns in this chapter relate to how we consume and organize content. Irresistible apps let users find desired information quickly, encouraging them to swiftly dip in to find something they need. Once there, however, they often discover an intriguing branch and head off deeper into the app.
These patterns are primarily about satisfying our curiosity about the world and keeping a sense of order amid the constant flood of information that inundates us.
