Fun with PDFs

Combining book designs. You love one of the page designs from the Family Album theme, but you really want to use the Line Border theme for the bulk of your book. No problem, thanks to Mac OS X’s ability to create a PDF file of anything you can print.

Start by creating the page that you’ll want to add to a different book. For example, if you want to use the Line Border theme for most of your book but the Family Album theme on one page, create the Family Album page.

Next, choose File > Print and navigate to the preview of the page you created by clicking the left and right arrows in the Print dialog. Choose Single from the Pages pop-up menu in the Print dialog. Then, from the PDF pop-up menu, choose Open PDF in Preview.
