Sharing Photos on Facebook

Facebook is the most popular social networking site on the Internet, a place with nearly a billion members, most of them ex-classmates, ex-girlfriends, or ex-boyfriends of yours.

OK, I’m joking about that last part, but it is true that millions of people use Facebook to connect with old friends in addition to making new friends and staying in touch with colleagues and family.

You can do several different things on Facebook: post links to interesting Web sites you’ve seen, join groups and discuss topics you care about, play games, give virtual gifts (I prefer real ones, thank you), and peck out short status messages that let your Facebook friends know what’s on your mind.
