Edit View at a Glance

Before-and-after view. To see how your photo looked before you made any changes, hold down the Shift key. By pressing and releasing Shift, you can see a before-and-after view of all of your edits to the original.

Safety nets: undo and revert. Not happy with your very latest change? Choose Edit > Undo. Not happy with the changes you made since you opened the photo? Choose Photos > Revert to Original, and iPhoto discards your edits and restores the photo to its previous state.
