Contacts is the iPad equivalent of that dog-eared address book that sits by your phone. The Contacts application is simple to set up and use, and it has some powerful little features beyond simply storing names, addresses, and phone numbers.

For example, you can pinpoint a contact's address in iPad's Maps application. You can use your contacts to address e-mails quickly. If you store contact records that include a Web site, you can use a link in Contacts to view that Web site instantly. And, of course, you can easily search for a contact.
