PREVIEW OF THE ROUTING PROTOCOLS

Public and private internets have implemented a number of routing protocols, some of which have become international standards. Table 1-1 summarizes those protocols that will be explained in this book.

Intended for use on broadcast LANs

Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)
