Accumulator Register   An interface register in the ALU, which stores interim arithmetic information for future processing.

Active Server Pages (ASP)   Microsoft's standard programming system for Internet applications hosted on Windows server. ASP is a compile-free application environment in which one can combine HTML, scripts like VBScript and JScript, and reusable ActiveX server components to create dynamic and interactive web content.

Address Bus   Hardware pathways, typically consisting of 20 to 32 separate lines, which carry signals specifying locations in a computer's memory. It enables the microprocessor to select a specific location in memory for transfer of data via the data bus.
