16.20. Final Thoughts

I have covered a huge amount of technologies over the past 400 or so pages, and it is my hope that I have given you a good overview of all the cool stuff that awaits you in VS2010 and .NET 4. It is very likely that you now have many more questions than before you started reading—great!

Now that you have an overview of what's new, it is up to you to explore VS2010 and .NET 4 further and share your experiences with the development community.

Probably both the best and most annoying aspect of .NET (and programming in general) is that it is continually evolving—you have to work hard to keep up-to-date, but there is always more to learn to keep you interested.

Thanks for reading,

Alex Mackey
