Formatting Tables, Cells, and Controls

The Chapter 5 section “Adding Table Borders” briefly describes the process for adding outside and inside borders to layout tables and applying padding to cell contents. The sections that follow explain the formatting process in greater detail and describe how to add colors from a selected color scheme to individual tables and controls and their borders. Like the preceding examples, these exercises start with a copy of the NWOrdersCh6.xsn template but use a different color scheme—Blueberry.
