Chapter 5. Laying Out Forms
In this chapter, you will learn how to:
Establish a strategy to maintain consistency in overall form layout and design
Set default view widths and specify the default font family and size for each control type
Add a layout table with a standard title and empty row to contain other form design elements
Add a layout table and insert controls in its cells
Decorate layout tables with borders of varying widths
Add a repeating table to a form, calculate default values, and format numeric cells for currency and percentage values
Embed existing layout and repeating tables in a new layout table with a title
Draw tables using a freehand pencil and eraser cursors
