A. | Yes. There is no “reader” program that can be used to read and fill out a form; you must have InfoPath installed to do that. However, InfoPath does support exporting to the Single-File Web Page (.mht) format, also called Web-Archive (Single File), so you can create a static view of a form that can be viewed in a Web browser. |
