Behavioral event interviews (or behavioral interviews, as they also are called) have been around for about 30 years and, with a growing need faced by most organizations to hire from a diverse talent pool, have gained in popularity since the mid-1990s. The concept behind behavioral interviews, is that your past performance is the best predictor of future performance.
