ASP Applications

In response to the need for nonprogrammers to program Web sites, Microsoft introduced a new programming option, of sorts, in Internet Information Server 3. Active Server Pages (ASP) offered a relatively simple and inexpensive solution for dynamic and database-driven Web sites. To many, though, its biggest advantage is that it is simple to learn, especially for those Web designers familiar with Visual Basic.
