The formation of Infoseek

His early memories of getting involved in business go back to high school. He remembers himself as an inquiring student, a trait that would pave the way for his later passion for electronics, mechanics and computing:

'Well, I think probably one of my unusual careers was in high school. While I was a kid who might have been working at a fast food place making $2 an hour, I was making about $35 an hour and that's when $35 was a lot of money.
