There's not a standard job description that comes along with founding a company like Yahoo so my job keeps changing. But what I've focussed on is really being part of the executive team with Jeff Mallett and Tim Koogle. The three of us really form the management team; they obviously have more operational roles and run the company while I tend to focus on strategy a little bit, and a bit on policy issues, especially dealing with future strategy.
