Based on your assessment of your internship, you will have a much better indicator of whether or not you are ready to enter the job force. You need to ask yourself whether you feel competent to take on the duties of the people you have studied and worked with. Be realistic with yourself. You want your first paid job to be a success.

This is not a race. You may decide that you need additional training and want to take more college classes or do more work at your college radio or TV station or in their production studios. That’s fine.
